The project was undertaken within a live commercial environment, with adjacent tenancies and occupied offices located on the same floor and throughout the building. Careful planning, stakeholder communication and construction management ensured minimal disruption to building occupants while maintaining programme and quality objectives.

The scope of works included architectural finishes, custom joinery, glazed and solid partitions, ceilings and doors, as well as comprehensive upgrades to hydraulic, fire, HVAC, electrical, communications and lighting services.
