The fitout project for the 1 Constitution Place building for Victory Offices was a high end office fit out designed for multiple office spaces for hire. Prior to commencing works, the office area was a cold shell.

Although the office area was isolated from the rest of the building, works were conducted in a live environment with offices being utilised on the same floor, above and below.
