Nathan Austin | General Manager
Nathan brings a wide range of skills to the Form Projects team. He has a Civil Engineering background and has worked on and contributed to many projects. These projects include being carried out in complex high risk environments including government, defence, health and technology sectors. Nathan’s continued success in his career has been underpinned by thorough and quality training and his supreme work ethic. This has formed a solid foundation for Nathan to grow within the industry and become an established industry leader.

Michael Cain | Construction Manager
Michael is a qualified carpenter with experience on a wide variety of projects both in Australia and the UK. This has grounded him with excellent technical skills and working knowledge. Michael has worked the majority of his career in the construction industry on large, complex projects where he quickly progressed to Supervisor roles and has continued to build on that experience. Michael’s role as Construction Manager involves planning, coordinating and controlling on-site construction activities across all out projects to ensure that completed works achieve quality, time and cost targets and comply with the requirements and standards of the contract documentation and company policies and procedures.

With over 20 years experience in various roles in the building and construction industry, Rick has a wide range of skills that ensures he has awareness of all aspects of quality, safety and environmental management.
Rick’s passion and commitment to QSE are second to none and with over two decades working in the construction industry with a focus on Quality, Safety and Environment he brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of both safety and general construction.

Matthew Viney | Tender Manager
Matthew is a goal-orientated and results driven professional with strong attention to detail. He has a diverse professional background working in various customer-facing and stakeholder relationship building roles whilst working within a team to drive results. The knowledge and skills he has gained during his studies and work experience have enhanced the performance of his integral role as Form Projects’ Bid Manager.

Chris Klose | Chief Financial Officer
Chris is a dynamic, experienced and high performing Chief Financial Officer and accounting professional with a strong background in project/program management, property development, business planning & analytics, financial management, risk management, banking, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and change management.
In an environment with constantly changing demands, Chris drives the progress of continuous improvement by utilising superior analytical skills and effective organisational management. He is highly proficient in delivering quality improvements and process optimisations to accelerate overall business success.

Fiona Campbell | Corporate Process Manager
With two decades of experience in Business Administration and more than half of that time working in the Construction industry, Fiona brings a level of knowledge and experience that is both extensive and detailed.
Fiona has experience working in a variety of different environments in New Zealand, Scotland and Australia. She displays a natural aptitude for establishing herself as an integral and supportive member of both the corporate and site aspects of the business, and is responsible for making sure that the corporate operations run smoothly so the project teams can focus on the successful delivery of our client’s works.
