The project consisted of the demolition & fitout across 2 levels at 243 Northbourne Ave to provide a new office space for the National Blood Authorities employee to work. The project was a high end fitout, with extensive joinery finishes and acoustic wall panelling throughout. The project also included the installation and commissioning of 2 zone 3 communications rooms.
