Form Projects delivered the demolition and premium commercial fitout of two levels at 243 Northbourne Avenue, creating a contemporary workplace environment for the National Blood Authority.
The project transformed the existing tenancy into a high-quality office space designed to support collaboration, functionality and employee wellbeing. Delivered within an operational commercial building, the works required careful coordination and management to minimise disruption to surrounding occupants while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
The scope included demolition of the existing fitout and construction of a new workplace featuring extensive custom joinery, premium finishes and acoustic wall panelling throughout. The project also incorporated the installation, commissioning and integration of two Zone 3 communications rooms to support the Authority's critical operational and technology requirements.
The completed fitout provides a modern, secure and highly functional office environment that aligns with the National Blood Authority's operational needs and workplace objectives.
