Form Projects was engaged by the Australian National University to deliver a staged refurbishment and modernisation of the Chancellery Building, including upgrades to the Vice Chancellor's Office and executive administration areas. The project was undertaken within a live university environment and involved the refurbishment of executive offices, meeting and collaboration spaces, amenities, finishes, joinery, flooring, painting, ceilings and associated building services upgrades.

Delivered under compressed timeframes to align with the commencement of the University's new Vice Chancellor and ongoing operational requirements, the works required detailed stakeholder coordination, careful programming and the management of disruptive activities outside normal business hours to minimise impacts on occupants. Through a collaborative delivery approach and close engagement with ANU representatives and design consultants, Form Projects successfully transformed the executive spaces into modern, functional and professional environments that support leadership, collaboration and day-to-day university operations.
