ACT Property Group operates as part of Major Projects Canberra. It provides property and asset management services to ACT Government owned and leased properties. 

ACT Property Group provides maintenance and upgrades services to ACT Government customers at over 400 sites. The group offers its customers a 'one-stop-shop' and 'fit-for-purpose' capability for asset management and has engaged Form Projects as part of a panel to complete these works.
