MELVILLE HALL REFURBISHMENT

Form Projects was engaged by the Australian National University to undertake the refurbishment of Building 12, Melville Hall. The project involved the demolition and renewal of internal spaces, including new partitions, ceilings, floor finishes, painting, furniture installation and associated hydraulic, electrical and security upgrades. Delivered within a tight programme to ensure completion prior to Semester 1 activities, the project required careful stakeholder coordination and detailed planning to minimise disruption and achieve a high-quality outcome. The completed refurbishment provides a refreshed, functional and contemporary environment that enhances the experience of students, staff and visitors.
