Form projects was engaged to undertake work to two properties located within the Royal Military College at Duntroon on behalf of Defence Housing Australia. 

The upgrades included kitchen, bathrooms and laundry updates, floor coverings, window furnishings, joinery, full internal and external repaint, light fittings, upgrade of utilities, general repairs and maintenance and external and soft landscaping. 

Works were undertaken in line with the Defence Housing Australia standards in order to extend the life of the properties and to ensure adequate housing is provided.
