Form Projects was engaged by Defence Housing Australia to deliver refurbishment and upgrade works to two residential properties within the Royal Military College precinct at Duntroon.
The project involved comprehensive internal and external upgrades including kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovations, flooring replacement, joinery, painting, utility upgrades and landscaping works. All works were delivered within an occupied Defence estate environment while maintaining DHA quality standards and minimising disruption to surrounding residents.
The completed upgrades significantly improved functionality, presentation and long-term asset performance, extending the service life of the properties and enhancing accommodation outcomes for Defence personnel and their families.
