ARC COOTAMUNDRA REFURBISHMENT

Following the successful delivery of the Australian Red Cross Cootamundra Shopfront Restoration project, Form Projects was engaged to undertake a further stage of upgrade and remediation works across the site.

The project focused on improving the condition, functionality and longevity of the facility while maintaining the integrity of the heritage building. The scope included re-roofing works to multiple structures, replacement of external cladding to the main building, hydraulic and drainage upgrades, internal lead paint remediation, floor finish rectification works and the installation of new storage shelving.

Delivered within an operational community facility, the works required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption while ensuring all remediation and upgrade activities were completed safely and to a high standard. The completed project further enhanced the usability, safety and long-term performance of this important community asset.
