The Winchester Police Station – HVAC Upgrade project involved the replacement and modernisation of the mechanical infrastructure to improve reliability and operational performance within an active policing facility.
The scope of works included HAZMAT removal, replacement of chillers, a boiler and associated building work to accommodate the new HVAC plant and equipment.
Form Projects worked closely with ACT Property Group, ACT Policing and project stakeholders to deliver the upgrades within a live operational environment, ensuring minimal disruption to critical police operations while enhancing the facility’s sustainability, functionality and long-term asset performance.
