MOORE BUSINESS PARK

Form Projects was engaged to deliver the construction of a multi-building industrial business park in Hume, ACT, comprising a combination of warehouse and commercial office facilities across a 14,000m² development site.

The project involved the delivery of all civil, structural and building works required to transform the site into a modern industrial precinct. Early works included bulk and detailed earthworks, construction of Dincel retaining walls, and the formation and reinforcement of footings and concrete slabs across the development.

The scope also included the installation of underground hydraulic, electrical and stormwater services, together with the coordination and commissioning of a new electrical substation to support the precinct's operational requirements. Building construction works comprised the erection of structural steel and precast concrete panels, metal roofing and cladding, masonry and brickwork, and the completion of high-quality internal office fitouts.

Through effective coordination of multiple trades and disciplines, Form Projects successfully delivered a functional and contemporary industrial business park that provides flexible warehouse and office accommodation to support a range of commercial and industrial tenants.
