The Griffin Centre Lift Replacement project involved the replacement and modernisation of critical vertical transport infrastructure within a prominent ACT Government facility. The project includes the removal of existing lift systems, installation of new lift infrastructure and associated building modifications required to support improved reliability, accessibility and operational performance. Form Projects is coordinating the works within an occupied building, carefully managing stakeholder interfaces and maintaining safe access for building users throughout construction.
