AZALEA APARTMENTS

The Azalea Terraces Cladding Replacement project involved the replacement and upgrade of external façade cladding systems across a multi-storey residential apartment complex in Wright, ACT. Delivered within an occupied residential environment, the works required careful staging, resident coordination and stringent safety controls to maintain access and minimise disruption throughout construction. Form Projects worked closely with GHD, strata representatives and residents to deliver a compliant, durable and high-quality façade solution that enhances the long-term performance and appearance of the building.
