The ADFA HVAC Upgrade project involved the comprehensive replacement and modernisation of mechanical, electrical and building management systems across multiple operational facilities within the Australian Defence Force Academy precinct.

The scope of works included the replacement of air handling units, fan coil units, return and relief air fans, heat pump and chiller systems, VRF systems, VAV boxes and building management systems, together with associated roof, architectural and electrical upgrades to support the new infrastructure.

Form Projects worked closely with Defence and project stakeholders to deliver the upgrades within occupied facilities, carefully managing staging, service isolations and continuity of operations while improving energy efficiency, occupant comfort, system reliability and long-term asset performance across the precinct.
