7 LONDON CIRCUIT

The 7 London Circuit Lessor Works Phase 2 project involved the delivery of premium base building upgrades within one of Canberra's landmark commercial office developments. The works include the refurbishment and enhancement of common areas, end-of-trip facilities, amenities and building services to improve functionality, tenant experience and asset performance. Form Projects is working closely with the client, consultants and building stakeholders to deliver the upgrades within an operational commercial environment, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants while providing high-quality, contemporary facilities that support the building's long-term commercial objectives. This project included the construction of new security access requirements in the Foyer lobby and Basement to zone 3 standards for a new Government tenant, inclusive of a guard station and reception area.
